I tried posting this in the FAQ section but couldn't, so i will try here instead.

I signed up and downloaded 3D Studio Max 2010 a year ago when i was enrolled in a different college but have since restarted my computer and lost the software. I am now enrolled in a new college, can i still use my account tied to the last college since it still has a year left and re-download the product or will i have to create a new account with my new college? if so how do i delete my old one?

You can use your old account to download the software.

Post your new school information in the Download forum of the student community (here's a link to the Post a Question section: http://students.autodesk.com/?nd=support_center&section=ask_question) and be sure to include your new school information.

Please do not post your email address or your serial number.
