Four accounts for 2013 and zero accounts for 2014

I am trying to get an activation code for Product Design Suite Ultimate 2014. I have one seat. I go to subscription center and find I have four accounts for 2013 and zero accounts for 2014. Why do I have four accounts for 2013 and where is the account for 2014 with an activation code? I am going to copy and paste this to my reseller because there have been times when they were the only ones that could get my paid for subscription working.
