Yes it can run concurrently with the elan adlm. (Okay, I haven't tried it, but there is
nothing about it that would suggest that it couldn't be run concurrently). Install is
straight forward. The Flex version allows you to select whether you want to use tcp or
udp for your licensing connections. The Flex uses a different port (ports actually, there
are 2) than the Elan version. All the information should be in the 2002 help files.
