FlexLM not releasing licenses correctly

Hi,

We are having a problem with our FlexLM and AutoCAD 2004.
We currently have 23 licenses deployed by our server, and are constantly hitting the limit.
When I check the Flex Manager, I notice that some of the licenses are logged as in use, but I know that the user is not accessing AutoCAD. Some of the licenses have been held by flex for a couple of days.
Re-starting the Flex service clears the problem, but I would rather Flex sorts it it's self. Has anyone had a similar problem that they could provide some guidance.

Thanks.

Have you read about the automatic "timeout" feature? It's an option you can
set in the license file. Checking general network health is also important;
there are troubleshooting docs on www.autodesk.com.
