Fatal error - ACAD2000i + WinNT 4.0

When i try to start the program, it just appear this error message: FATAL
ERROR: cannot find XMX file acdb???.xmx. Does anyone know how to solve that?
We can only use the program with the administrator right. As i'm not
responsible for software installation or Network settings, but our
department does need to start work with the software ASAP, i'm trying to
solve but i don't have any clue about that. Can anyone help me?
