Failed to Boot Civil3d 2013 After Installing Anti-Virus software

Installing Autocad Civil3d 2013 with network license on a WIN7 Pro 64bit HPZ600, after installing Kaspersky, could not open Civil3d, cad would get stuck on C:\user\pc\App data\C...\Auto CAD Civil 3d... NCS.dwt at 0%. Tried installing Symantec and Kaspersky, before and after installing Cad, same results. But without the antivirus software, civil3d would open fine. Please help, thanks.

it sounds like the antivirus software blocking files

you can try to allow exceptions through the anti virus software

nothing in civil 3d you can do
