Failed installing Autocad 2013-error 1622 & 1619

I tried to install Autocad 2013 on a brand new HP Pavilion dv7 (64 bit) but the installation failed with the error 1622 & 1619 "install Autodesk Material library 2013 failed, installation aborted, result=1622".

Does anybody have the same problem? It's urgent as my daughter needs it for her architecture studies.

I have same problem with student version CIVIL 3D 2019,

Any advice on this?

Also, I would look at downloading it from AVA

Windows 7 64 bits.

I had installed it 3 weeks ago and was working without issues, suddenly
today when starting it pop up an error, do not remember number, then try to
unistall with few problems which did not let me uninstall at all. Read help
at autodesk site and could do it. Then try to re install... and that's when
I got this 1622 error.

I have downloaded it from autodesk website student version through my old
account created I guess in 2016.
