After I click on the setup file I get this error message:
The system cannot open the device or file specified. C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\_AICC05.tmp\x64\a
I have run CClean several times after uninstalling previous version but does not help.
Any ideas how to fix the problem?

Please disable your Trend Micro or other Antivirus program and attempt to re-install.
