FCheck Problem

Cannot get the FCheck frame viewer that is included with Maya to work.  Went to All Programs > Autodesk 2014 > Suite Preferences > where I should be able to find FCheck, but instead receive an error message, as follows:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><SuitePreferences SuiteVersion="2014"><InteractionMode/></SuitePreferences>

Omni Tech Support informed me that I needed to contact AutoDesk directly because there is a problem that they cannot resolve.

I have a ticket in for help but it will be 48 hours before they can respond.  Omni Tech Support had to download this software too; as it was impossible for me to do so on my own.

I need the software for a college class - please, if anyone has a resolution to this problem, please respond.

Thank you.

Can you try to uninstall Maya 2014 SP2 and then reinstall it?

Use the download from here:

http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL22022955

Use the serial number & product key (suite or point product) as necessary to re-install it from your media.
