FATAL ERROR : UNHANDLED ACCESS VIOLATION READING 0X400724E EXCEPTION AT 9051TEH

When lauching Autocad 2000 network version, a fatal error occurs and prompt to quit Autocad 2000.
I have try reinstalling OS, upgrade Netware client but the issue still remains.
Running Windows 98 system.
