Everything loaded except the AutoCAD Civil 3D programs themselves. What now?

When I went to update from 2013 to the 2014, it uploaded everything but the actual programs themselves.  Why would it do this and what is the fix?

Welcome to the community.

Your description seems confusing.  Did you only download 2014 but not actually install it yet?  Also, when you do install the new version, it does not replace the old versions.  You can continue to run 2013 side-by-side with 2014.

Please clarify.

Hello Engtech,

Please re-download the 2014 installation files as follows:

Lets try to use our new virtual agent called Matthew as follows:

1.       Go to http://www.autodesk.com

2.       Click on Contact Us

3.       Click on Customer Service

4.       Click on Virtual Agent

5.       Once the Virtual Agent opens:

Select the 5th Choice "Downloading and Installation"
Now select 1st choice "Software Download links"
Now select the 3rd choice "I need to re-download my product"
Select your product

You are now presented with the choice to download your software.

After the download completes, please reboot the computer, Turn
Antivirus Off, Clear the contents
of the %temp% folder and then attempt to re-install the software.

Let us know the Results.
