Errors with AutoCAD 2010 student edition installation

Whilst trying to reactivate my autoCAD 2010 student edition a message saying that it had expired appeared even though on the website it says that the expiration date 2013. After trying several times to reactivate with the license required, I then attempted to reinstall it from the website so uninstalled the last copy. Now the new copy won't fully reinstall as it says there are 'corrupt files' and that I should download a new copy from the website. Yet another problem is that I don't know where to delete the previous files as it wont let me download a new copy until I have done this.

Any form of help would be much appreciated, I've been trying to fix this for days now 😞

Greg

installation source is usually extracted to C:\Autodesk folder.
