Error with registration and activation

Hi,

I have bought the Autocad LT upgrade from 2008 to 2014 online and have donwloaded the files and when installing it gets all the way through to the product registration and activation page and then tells me that my previous serial number is not valid. Try again (18)

Any help would be appreciated.

     - Order Number

     - Old Serial Number

     - New Serial Number
