I can't view the available downloads. I get a scripting error on the website (see attachment). Any ideas or alternate links?

We do not even have the 2013 button on our Subscription Center (although we did get the email "Important Notification: Your Autodesk Upgrade is Ready for Download ").

I am wondering if you can still attempt to download 2013 or it has been pulled for now?

I just checked and I still have the button for 2013. I think you may be having a different problem, joncdem. Perhaps your subscription isn't current?

I'd be happy to if you can find a way to convince me you're actually from AutoDesk. No offense, but there's too many fishing schemes and talented hackers running around these days to take someone on their word and an "A" next to their name.

I double checked to make sure the problem was still occuring before sending you that e-mail and it's working fine now. I'm downloading now. *shrug*

Yup, confirming that I was able to get in and successfully download the Product Design Suite. Please let me know if you experience any further issues.

I have the email notice, the new serial numbers, but no 2013 button to press to download either. I'm using IE 9 64bit. on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

Defrinately a different problem then.

I just checked and our subscription is current. I guess then that Jamie and I have a different problem with the download.
