Error to register Autodesk

Hello,   

          How I can recover the registration of our Autodesk - Autocad Design Suite - software ?  

          We need install like Network License, but tell me the following error: "The serial number you entered is registered to a different Company. Try again. (9) "

           How we can re-register the product with our accounts.

Could you please send me a Private Message (click on my grace.liu profile name and then “Send this user a private message”) with your Serial Number,Product Key, Host Name & Physical Address and your registration details (Eg, company name and address) , I will help to check and generate the license file manually.

hello,

i have the same problem when i try to register my students version of Inventor 2014. When i enter product request code, it says "The serial number you entered is registered to a different Company". What should i do with that? I am only a student so there is no possibility to have it registered under a different company.
