Error message when attempting to install TrueView to a Standalone Server

I am trying to install TrueView 2012 to a standalone server, running with windows server 2008. I get an error message that the system cannot find the path specified. C:\Users\ADMINI\~1\Appdata\Local\Temp\1\AID9B5.tmp\\x64dwgviewer\dwgviewr.msi. Also, there is no internet to this server. Any suggestions as to why this might happen? Thanks

The System Requirements, http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/DWG_TrueView_2012_System_Requirements.pdf, state TrueView only works on XP, Vista and W7

I wanted to install TrueView on a W2003 R2 Server but had a similar error message 😞

I'm getting the same issue, with the same message.  I'm installing to my laptop, which is running Windows 7, so the operating system is not the problem.  I do have internet to this system, so that's not the problem.  Anybody know what is happening with this?

Hi there,

I am stuck with the same error message while installing TrueView 2012 on a laptop running Win7 Pro (x64) + SP1.

.Net FWK is up to date.

Does any body has a solution ?

Best regards,

Pierre

I am getting the same message.  I am on 2007 Windows XP.  I have Autocad LT 2007 and am trying to open files created in a new version of Autocad.  Any suggestions?

Please try
->Uninstall any old version of Design Review or Trueview you have.
->Delete %temp% folder content (to get to %temp folder, start->run/search->type %temp% ->Enter)

If it doesn't help

please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here
http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS75218
If the issue persists, please post the all the log files from the %temp% folder (start->run/search->type %temp% ->Enter) as a zip file.

If it is on Windows 2008 server please make sure TRANSFORMSSECURE is set to 0

Tried everything and more.  No success.  Zip file attached.

I zipped what showed up in my temp file.  Attached it.  Got an alert, "The attachment file size is too large.  The Maxim...".

Now I will just send the log file.
