Error downloading Autocad Architecture 2013

Hi.

I have been trying to download Autocad Architecture 2013(64 bit). When I try to run  downloaded exe, then

displays the message: see attachment.

The first error is ok as it's a warning about the file that has been downloaded on the internet.  The second one is odd.  I googled SE_ERR_ACCESSDENIED but I would only think that this post may help...
