Error LMTOOLS

After server reboot there is such message:
9:33:58 PM (adskflex) Lost communications with lmgrd. Communications error. Connection closed. Exiting. 9:33:58 PM (adskflex) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 28 Exit reason 5
Because of what it can be?

Data Execution Prevention could the reason
