Error Code 10 - Exceeded the number of allowed activations

I am having an issue with Re-activation and Registration of our existing CAD LT software. We are getting an Error Code 10 - Exceeded the number of allowed activations. Our Request Code is: JSSK TS8T 02AR ZNJT 8F94 GSZG QUXL CZ27.....Thanks for the help.....this issue seems to happen every 4 - 6 weeks
