Error 400

I'm trying to activate my 3ds max student edition but it pop me this message : 

Your online activation request has returned an error (400) which is not allowing your request to be processed using our automated systems.

Click the "Use another method" link below to complete the necessary forms and submit your request to the local Autodesk Business Center for your area. A Customer Service Representative will respond within the next 2 business days.  

 Those other method are so unclear that they can't give help to me?

I cant activate my 3ds max student - actually all my autodesk softwares. I've been receiving a lot of activation codes but I get the same error 400. I dont know what to do

I tried deleting the flexNET data but doesnt work

What version of 3ds Max and other Autodesk software are you trying to install (2012-2015) and on what OS?

i am on the 2015 version and i have the same problem  also the size of text is around a 1 what should i do for each issue
