I have admin rights but I get this error on two different machines with different versions of windows 7.

Didn't work. It may be a company firewall issue but I've given up.
I've tried during my free time approximately 50 times this year to install max in different ways on different work laptops. This error is always the one that stops everything.
Why does it need to use a port??
I need to test this tool so our company can buy it. Im sick of this. If I can't get it to run that's the end. No one else will try.
