    Error 19

    this is the message I get after my activation has failed. Ive tried so many thing, now My 3ds max 13, maya and mudbox all requre me to activate it again and this is driving me insane, its end of semester and I realllyyy cant be dealing with this right now. please anyone if you can help with fixing this I will love you forever ):help.jpg

    I would uninstall and reinstall the software and rename the following files:

     

    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001

     

    You may need to re-activate the software afterwards for all Autodesk software.  Please read this post:

    rename those files how? Do I just rename them with the same name they already have?

    You will need to uninstall and re-install Maya then....rename the files....

     

    From:

     

    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001

     

    to

     

    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data.old
    C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001.old
