Error 1606:Could not access network location Autodesk\Autocad 2014\R19.1

Many users experience this problem during installation of AutoCAD 2014/2015;
"Error 1606:Could not access network location Autodesk\Autocad 2014\R19.1".
There is no reliable solution for this problem. Some says the problem only occur during installation on 64bits Windows and not on 32bits.
I've doen everything i find in forums and also reinstalling the whole computer. Still no luck!

Can someone explain what this problem is about?

How do i troubleshoot this?

 

Windows 7 Professional 64bits Norwegian

Only Local users/profile

User with Admin-priviliges
