Error 1603

I tried installing Inventor under my Student License. I read the install log and it failed on the C++ red. install. I went ahead  and tried to install the C++(2010,x86) red. and found the issue, It won't install because I have a newer one installed. Is there a way to bypass installing the C++ red in the Inventor install?

Yes.  But it is just easier to remove your C++ from Control Panel > Programs and let the Autodesk installer reinstall it for you.
