Error 1402

Despite of running the installation as an administrator, I happen to get this error twice in my installation. I tried following Autodesks instructions on this error http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=10297059&linkID=9240617 , however my laptop didn't allow me to select "Replace Permission Entries on All Child Objects". Anyone have a solution?
