This error has occoured anytime I try to open the Inventor 2013 64bit.

Inventor 2013 is NOT supported on Windows 8. You might be able to set it to run in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Make sure you have SP2 installed plus Update 1 for SP2 installed.

Then make sure you have updated your video card to the latest WHQL certified driver.
