Education Master Suite serial not accepted in Sketchbook Pro

We have an Autodesk Education Master Suite 2010 license. The stated serial number/product key combination works OK for all other products tested(i.e. Revit, Inventor, Electrical...), but when entered in the Sketchbook Pro Product Activation window the OK button does not activate.

Is this known problem or am I missing something?

Please ensure you are installing Sketchbook Pro with the product key 732B1 along with your Educational Master Suite serial number.
If is the case, you receive an error message when you try to activate the product? Can you post it please?

Thank you! The product key 732B1 together with our EMS serial number worked where the product key listed on our media did not.

Maybe you also know if the silent install of Sketchbook Pro is documented somewhere? I haven't been able to find any such documentation myself and we'd like to be able to deploy the program using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, preferably without the users having to activate the program on the first run...
