I have made an account on the Education community page to download software (since i am a student). ive downloaded one software before, and it told me to activate, so i tried. it then said still needed to activate. i tried resending the activation email, but it then told me i was already activated.
now i need another software and it will not allow me to download it since i am 'not activated', even though i am. could someone help? id much appreciate it.
