Education Community Problem

Hello, i have registered yesterday at the education community beacuse i'm a university student, i download the software  Sketchbook Deisgner 2012 for Mac Osx, i have mac osx Lion and when i click on activate after installing the software, i login with my account then i put my information Street Address, city, postal code, and i click on continue, but appears and Error 201, that tell me that i have to contact the Customer Service, i have send and email at the Education Community Support, but i don't receive answer yet. What i have to do?
