ERRORE IN FASE DI INSTALLAZIONE SUITE 2015

Hello,
I installed AUTODESK INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN SUITE PREMIUM 2015
OS is windows7 64bit, the installation process is unsuccessful.
Unfortunately all the installed programs, when you do start giving the following error:
acad.exe (the application failed to start properly) 0xc0000142

who can give me some advice on what to do?
