ERROR WITH PRODUCT CODES

I recently installed the free student version of AutoCAD.  However, when I try to download it, it's asking for product codes, and I never received those with my installation.  Any ideas?

I was helping a student previously and if you goto http://students.autodesk.com if you goto the download section, the serial number section should also have your and product key.

Thanks...I just updated the info in the previous post to take out the comma from .com,
