Downloading problem

Hi, I want to download AutoCAD 2012 and everything seems to be OK but after I get serial number, I want to download autoCAD and then the download process doesn't start.

Use the alternate browser download method instead of the downloader service.  Also make sure you are using Internet Explorer.
