Downloading Problem File Not Found

I'm having a real a big problem. I bought this quite a while ago, Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 2011. It's not very up to date but still it was worth the buy and recently I had failure with my old laptop and now I have a new laptop with Windows 8 on it. I tried re downloading it going through the order thing and well, all I got was "File not found" trying to download it. I would really want some help. I really love this program and I don't want my $30 go to waste.
