Downloading DWG Truview 2011

I have been trying to download and install dwg true view 2011. I go through all the steps, and when I get to the final install page, I press "install" and the next page pops up "failed to install". Please help

Check if you have administrative privilege on the machienyou are installing DWG True View 2011?

 

Login as the administrator of that machine and try installing.

I am the administrator. So when I tried to install and the install failed, it wasn't because of that.Try again....
