I've downloaded C3D 2012 from my subscription website. How do I activate it? There is no serial # or product key. I tried searching through my account info for my group id but I can't seem to find it. This is a stand alone license. C3D 2011 is installed and activated on the same machine. I love your products, thanks for your hardwork in developing/supporting them!

Hi:

If you are a Contract Manager or a Software Coordinator, you may see the serial number going to download are and clicking on "Show Serial Number". Please see screen shot below: 

If you are an End User, you may want to coordinate with your Contract Manager to obtain the serila number information.
