Download "Not mounted"

OK, after an epic 15 hour download of Autodesk Alias I am faced with a message informing me the file is not mounted. I have no idea what this means; although I suspect it means I'll have to start over from the beginning.

I'm showing that 1.27Gb was downloaded. Any helpful suggestions?

In my experience, you get a "File not Mount " message when you use a CD / DVD emulator. You use a CD/DVD emulator to load a disc image (ISO, BIN, etc..) directly without burning the image to a CD/DVD disc.

Have you tried running your download? The file size does not sound it downloaded it completely. Try running the file (typically an EXE) an see if it Extract and Run the installation. If it does not do anything or you get the "File not Mount" message, I suggest for you to try and download it again.

Hope this helps...
