Download problems

When I try to do a browser download for Autodesk inventor 2014 it takes hours and when it is "complete" it tells me that one or more files have not been downloaded therefore it cannot run the program. Im working on a Mac and potentially will be running Autodesk via parallels, if it eventually downloads. I have tried several times now and would just like some advice.

If you are just looking for a product download you should be able to find it at the Autodesk Customer Service Virtual Agent:
1. Go to (or scroll all the way down on the page you are reading this on)
2. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page
3. Click on Customer Service
4. Click on Virtual Agent “Ask”
5. Once the Virtual Agent window opens: Select the choice "Download Links".
6. Select your product, then variant, then version as applicable.
7. You should now be presented with the choice to download your software.
