Download manager doesn't react

I am trying to download Softimage 2013 64 bit through the student download center. When I click to download now or instal now, the Download Manager downloads OK, but then nothing happens. I have tried disabling firewall and anti-virus. I need a direct link to the download or something because clicking on the link just downloads the Download Manager again. A bit frustrating. Hope someone can help.

Have you tried the other Download Methods (Browser Download, Install Now? How about other browsers other than the one you're currently using.

Do let us know if all other Download Methods didn't work for you and include a screenshot upon reply. 

For now, click SoftImage - 64 bit to download the software, but once the changes being done on Matt, Virtual Agent are complete Autodesk Products can be downloaded from there.
