Welcome to the Community. If you still have the serial number and product key with you, you can try re-downloading the software installer from the Virtual Agent instead. If that still doesn't let you download the installer, can you post the error screen/message here?

From what I understand you are able to download but unable to activate the software, is that correct? Are you getting any error messages mentioning activations or serial numbers?
If so, please contact our License Assistance team by clicking on this link and then following the prompts:
Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
Select “I Still Need Help” if you need personal assistance.
You will be able to contact the License Assistance Team either via Chat or e-mail.
