due to os problems i have dwnloaded and delited autocad few tims.

now the systems blocking me from downloading any more, what to do?

Hi @yanivmass,

Welcome to the Community. If you still have the serial number and product key with you, you can try re-downloading the software installer from the  Virtual Agent instead. If that still doesn't let you download the installer, can you post the error screen/message here?

thank you very much for the replay,
the problem is that once i download it tells me that i have down loaded to
many time with my student licence and can not do that any more unless ill
contact auto-cad and explain why id did so (OS problems) and my licence
will be opened again for student version use.
couldn't find how should i contact for that.........

From what I understand you are able to download but unable to activate the software, is that correct? Are you getting any error messages mentioning activations or serial numbers?

If so, please contact our License Assistance team by clicking on this link and then following the prompts:

Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
Select “I Still Need Help” if you need personal assistance.

You will be able to contact the License Assistance Team either via Chat or e-mail.
