I am attempting to download our upgrade for Infrasruture Design Suite 2014 and got 21.1GB into the download before I had to pausde it due to the fact our company exceeded our monthly download limit. They have since purchased some additional download but whenever I restart the download on the manager it does not advance on from the 21.1 GB's I had previously. It continually comes up with a download rate of 0.0b/s.
Can anyone provide a solution to this as I would prefer not to have to start the whole process again.

To add, you can also have your Contract Manager request a USB on your behalf via Sub Center.
