I am a registered user but when I try to download any program the downloand button never appear as the final step of the process. What can I do to fix this?

I had the same problem and I searched a bit and found this

Just copy and paste that to your browser and it should take you to a forum with the same issue. Read it and do what it says, I am currently installing mine as we speak.
