Dowloading/installation keeps failing Autocad 2014 student

Can anyone help?...after a couple of hours trying to download/installl the student version I get a failure message. I attach the log. Thanks

I have uninstalled multiple times and that error screen with 3 red x's keeps coming up after trying to reinstall
