Do I need to upgrade FlexLM for AutoCAD 2006

I am currently running FlexLM version 9.22 for Inventor 9 and AutoCAD 2005. Do I need to update or is the version of FlexLM with Inventor 10 and AutoCAD 2006 the same as what I already have.

Second question: Do I install the Network License Activation Utility on the license server or on the client PC?

Yes, stop the license server and upgrade. And the Activation Utility is
run in the server.

Make sure you also update the Deployment Wizard as well or you will get an MSI error when you try to make a deployment image for your 2006.

The Activation Utility can be installed on a server or an administrator's
workstation. I actually recommend the later, avoiding any unnecessary
applications on servers.

Thanks for the info, Jerry, I guess I've just had the habit of doing all
this on the server.
