Delay in Delivering New Licences?

We ordered 3x Revit LT Suite licences two weeks ago, to add to our existing contract, but have received nothing.

Our long-standing reseller says Autodesk have told them they have a Europe-wide licensing backlog.

Is this true? Any idea of when we might get our licences?

Two weeks, for what should be an entirely automated eleectronic process ...

Can you not download and install REVIT LT and use in the 30-day trial mode until your licensing information is sent? Better that nothing usually.

Thanks for the suggestion, Dean. However my client has deployed Revit LT trial to all PCs so users have Viewer Mode available; the trials have expired.

Plus my client has a habit of moving licences around, leaving behind PCs which can't have trials installed.

<insert Windows NT "wait" mouse pointer of fingers drumming>

Licences now delivered. No word as to reason for delay.

Also, process messed up by Autodesk, changing the contract administrator and sofwtare coordinator to a three-years-out-of-date e-mail address/domain *again*.
