Deactivate from one computer and install on another

How can I remove autocad from one computer and install it on another.  My computer crashed

If you have a standalone lincense you will need to transfer it off the system using the license transfer utility (link below to the instructions). If you have a network license hosted on a server there is nothing special to do on the client system. Please note that if your serial number has been upgraded since you installed AutoCAD it cannot be transfered, so you will just want to install on your new computer using the new serial.

If the old PC is dead, there is nothing to transfer: install on the new PC and reauthorize. You will need your serial number etc as noted above. Lose your disk or original download?
1. Go to http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk...
2. Select the choice "Download Links".
3. Select your product, then variant, then version as applicable.
4. You should now be presented with the choice to download your software.
