DWG Trueview and Autocad License problem [5.4.2]

My Collegue has just installed DWG Trueview/Design review 2011 on his machine. This apperas to have 'Knocked out' his Autocad license (see error message attached "Autocad license Error [5.4.2]).

He has tried re-registering Autocad. He has tried uninstalling DWG Trueview and Design review 2011. He has tried a service restore. Nothing has got his Autocad license back on track yet... Any ideas?

Apparently there is not a direct link between the DWG Trueview/Design Review 2011 and the AutoCAD 2011 license issue.
However, I’m going to investigate deeply what could originate this problem.

For that I would need some additional information:
• In which OS and version the problem occurs?
• Have AutoCAD 2001 started correctly previously?
• Inside the directory %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2011\R18.1\ADLM, there should be there a file called LicenseErrorLog.txt, can you post it please?
• When the person has tried to re-register, I suppose that have been via the online activation wizard, what message received from the system?

Hi Antonio, Thanks for getting back. Just to let you know, I also have a support request out for this problem (1-8648255471).

I have asked my collegue to respond directly.

Cheers,

Paul
