    DWG TrueView 2013 32 bit - problem loading accoremgd.dll

On startup, Dwg Trueview 2013, 32 bit, hangs up when loading “accoremgd.dll”.

I’ve reinstalled it, twice, but the problem persists. I’ve confirmed, my operating system – windows xp – is updated, with the latest versions of Microsoft.net framework 4.  Until today, I used to work with dwg trueview with out any problems. Please, help me to solve this.

    Hi Pilar_Vilela,

    Welcome to Autodesk Discussion Groups.

Please try launching in Diagnostic Mode. If it works, please look into excluding relevant DLL file in the Antivirus program used. I hope that works for you.

    Thank you.

It didn´t work. The problem persists. Do you have any other idea?

    Thank you!

If it used to work, then stopped one day, a system change may be the reason: XP has a system restore to let you go back weeks or months, try it.
