Creating a Corporate Image???

Does anyone know of a way to customize AutoCAD and then create an Image for
deployment. Hear is what I am looking to do;

1.) Create a standard location on my Server for fonts, lisps, etc...
2.) Setup AutoCAD to look in these locations to see the supporting files, I
would like to do this under the <> so that it looks
standard.
3.) I would then like to create an image of that custom setup for
deployment.

My biggest reason for doing this is if I get a new font or etc. I don't need
to copy it to everyone's machine. I don't want to setup AutoCAD to be run
from my server, in a client server relationship.

Any ideas??

On a little bit of a different note I was told that in the image directory I
can create a custom.lst ASCII file and include any files I would like to be
copied to the local machine. Does anyone know if this still works?? And if
so what is the exact syntax? I am running a combo of r14 to 2i.

Thanks for all input,
John.
