Crashes when opening new project

Just installed Revit 2010 Architecture for my class & as soon as I got to open a new project it just closes down completely. tried a re-install & also tried to update to service pack 2. Please help as I'm already a week into classes & I have no sofware running.

Try this, if it works, there some other software blocking Autocad
