Could not process AddIns in Inventor 2014

When I try to access the Add-In Manager in Inventor I get an error message that states:

Could not get AddIns.

Check if you have the compatible Comcat.dll for Microsoft (NOT Version 5.0).

See Microsoft's Knowledge Base on 'Mismatched Ole32.dll and Comcat.dll'.

How do I resolve this?  I am running Windows 7 and my Autodesk software is Inventor Professional 2014 - Educational Institution Version.  The reason that I am trying to access the Add-In manager is because I would like to perform a stress analysis and it is not available on the enviroments tab.

Are you able to repair the installation via the Control Panel?

Please see the latest reply to a similar thread in the Inventor forums:

Does that help at all ?

Thanks

Chris
